Linda approaches her work creatively and practically, keeping the learner experience at the forefront of all design. As a distinguished executive coach and a visionary in leadership development, Linda has coached over 200 leaders, in person and virtually, from Seattle to Austin to Atyrau, focusing on growth mindset, leading change, navigating conflict, and fostering innovation in high-growth global cultures. Linda grew her passion for talent and growth through her leadership experiences at Starbucks and Nordstrom. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University and has certification in ROI Executive Coaching from Steinbrecher and Associates.
