Make your organization menopause friendly

Speaker: Naomi Grossman, Learning and Content Manager, VinciWorks

Speaker 2: Nick Henderson-Mayo, Director of Learning and Content & Head of DE&I, VinciWorks

Speaker 3: Liza Wisner, Enterprise Curator of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, OpenSesame

Many organizations talk about gender equality and promoting women, particularly those who are older and more experienced. But what does this entail in practice? What are the practical steps for supporting older women in the workplace, and how can barriers to their success be overcome?

One highly effective strategy is to make your organization menopause-friendly. Older women are among the fastest-growing demographics in today’s workplace, and research has shown that nearly two-thirds of women have taken time off work due to their symptoms, with some even leaving their jobs because they were not supported.

In this interactive session, VinciWorks compliance experts will guide you through the steps your organization can take to become menopause-friendly. From implementing a menopause leave policy to considering environmental factors that can impact the workplace, this session will explain why making your organization menopause-friendly is a cost-effective, impactful, and necessary initiative.
