Anthony (A.J.) Supinski is an engineering leader and engineer who is passionate about building and accelerating engineering teams. 

He strives for repeatability, low friction and quick delivery through relentless automation and never ending process improvement while trying to preserve as much team freedom as possible. 

As the Director of Engineering, Platform he can be found advising, coding, planning, testing and tinkering across the breadth of the OpenSesame system and its steward engineering teams.
