Ket Patel is the founder of Change Agitators and is a Change Management Institute Accredited Master Change Practitioner with over 20 years of experience helping organisations as they scale, grow and modernise.

Ket and his team arm leaders and managers with the tools and mindset to navigate the uncertainty that surrounds a broad and complex portfolio of change.

He is also a passionate volunteer in the field of Change Management. After leading the UK Change Management Institute (ChgMI) for several years, he now works closely with the institute and academic institutions to bring greater rigour to the profession.
